Attaching, retrieving and erasing a file in PeopleSoft database

I came across a blog entry, which explains on how to delete(erase) a file in the PeopleSoft database programatically? It also goes on to explain how to attach or retrieve a file in PeopleSoft database. Though I have never tried this, adding a reference to it for future purpose- Here is the link.
